Rob Weaver III officially joined Dyson Plumbing full‑time in April 2024 after spending several summers learning the trade alongside our team. As the son of Robert Weaver, Jr. and nephew of Greg Weaver, Rob represents the next generation of the Weaver family carrying on their proud tradition of craftsmanship and service.
Growing up around the company, Rob developed a natural interest in plumbing and a strong appreciation for the values that define Dyson Plumbing — hard work, honesty, and treating every customer like a neighbor. His transition from summer helper to full‑time team member has been seamless, and his enthusiasm for starting his plumbing career is evident in the pride he takes in each job.
